Parking Garage Membrane System

A popular downtown hotel faced severe damage to their below grade parking lot from spalling concrete and water infiltration. JM Restoration was brought in to repair and replace concrete and install a tough traffic bearing waterproofing membrane to the exterior parking lot and entry/ exit drives. The challenges were to perform all this work while. The challenges were to perform this work while the hotel remained open during the holiday season in December and January with average temperatures below freezing.

JM Restoration mechanically removed all existing coatings and damaged concrete, replaced concrete, and where needed installed self leveling materials to prevent ponding in low areas.
